The Da Vinci caviar comes from the Adriatic sturgeon, an Italian species of the Adriatic Sea & main rivers of the Venetian part of the Po Valley, Dalmatia and Western Greece. This sturgeon caviar has a fresh and intense taste. Its eggs are medium size (about 2.2 mm) and a color that can vary from brown to black. A Culinary favourite.
